Prayer and Healing: A Persuasive Argument

Begin to consider your personal understanding of whether or not prayer has an influence on physical healing.
Write a 500-750-word persuasive essay, presenting your findings and your personal perspective. A good persuasive essay presents information from at least two sides of an argument, but leads the reader to arrive at the conclusion of the writer.
Using the GCU eLibrary find at least four more academically-sound articles on the topic of the effect of prayer on healing. Be sure the articles have a variety of perspectives so that you are able to present contrasting opinions.
Read all of the articles with a critical mind, considering the personal assumptions of the researchers and their possible prejudices as they were written.
Formulate your personal understanding of the power of prayer or lack thereof in the healing process. Give your rationale for your perspective, making it as strong as possible to persuade the reader to agree with you.
