Presentation of Major Theorists in Public Administration:
Each student will research and prepared a short essay (3-5 pages) on a major theorist’s concepts and theses.. You should read about your author in the Farmer text to provide the context of their work to the class.

After I have graded and returned the essays to you, you will post your paper in Blackboard for the rest of the class to read. All papers prepared for submission in this class are to be typed using a standard font (Ariel or Times, font size 12), double-spaced, and referenced using the APA style. The Web site Purdue OWL (Online Writing Lab) is an excellent source for information. It can be found at http://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/560/1/. You are expected to review this site and follow the format for in-text/parenthetical sourcing of your references in your papers.

Which were their major works?
What was the main point/thesis of these works?
What is the contribution to public administration, specifically looking at the topic under review?
