APPLYING the “Art of
Adaptation” ( 1 and half pages)
The
Crutchfield and Grant chapter discussed mastering the art of adaptation. Apply
what you have learned from that chapter to what you have learned about either (a) nonprofit workforce
dynamics or (b) changing nonprofit environments (technology, demographics).
Write a two page essay (no more) discussing how nonprofits can and should adapt
to one or two of the trends/situations that you have read about in either of
these two areas. To earn full points 1) use specific support from the readings
and 2) exhibit deep thinking about the
readings rather than just a summary of the readings.
