Should John Keating be fired?

This is a persuasive essay and is suppose to be a letter to The Welton School Board

I included a picture of the rubric. I would like 5-6 paragraphs but in the body paragraphs we must talk about the charges against Mr. Keating from the book dead poets society. The charges are:
-Keating encourages nonconformity, yet failed to teach the consequences of nonconformity.
-Keating encouraged students to deface school materials
-Keating practiced unsound teaching methods that hindered students' education.
-Keating interposed himself in a conflict between Neil Perry and his parents.
